Digoxigenin-11-ddUTP

Application

The preparation is of particular use for the 3'-end labeling of oligonucleotides with terminal transferase. DIG-11-ddUTP is also used as a substrate for E. coli DNA Polymerase I (holoenzyme and Klenow fragment), T4 and T7 DNA Polymerases, Taq DNA Polymerase, and reverse transcriptase (e.g., from AMV and M-MuLV). The labeled oligomer can be detected using the DIG Nucleic Acid Detection Kit or the DIG Luminescent Detection Kit for Nucleic Acids.
